Rectory Farm (Oxford, Oxfordshire): Embrace the spooky season at Rectory Farm, a 45-acre farm with over 30 types of produce ready for picking well into October. You can even grab a wheelbarrow and explore the pumpkin patch to find the perfect gourd for carving or decorating.

Cannon Hall Farm (Barnsley, South Yorkshire): Nestled in the Pennines, Cannon Hall Farm offers a fun-filled pumpkin festival throughout October (selected dates). Admission includes farm entry, a free pumpkin for every child, pumpkin decorating stations, and spooky activities.

Tulleys Farm (Crawley, West Sussex): Famous for its Shocktoberfest, Tulleys Farm also boasts a vast pumpkin patch with over 150,000 pumpkins! Pick your perfect gourd from October 5th to 31st and enjoy photo opportunities throughout the field. They even offer "Pumpkin Nights" for adults – pick pumpkins under the moonlight and enjoy delicious food and drinks!

    The Closest Train Stations Are:-

    Three Bridges Railway Station - Situated On The London To Brighton Line. To Continue Take A Cab (Approx 9 Mins). It Is Possible To Walk To The Main Site Along The Worth Way And Some Main Roads (Approx 1 hour), see directions here.

    East Grinstead Railway Station - To Continue Take A Cab (Approx 12 Mins).

Undley Pumpkin Patch (Beck Row, Suffolk): Explore the 25 varieties of pumpkins and gourds at Undley Farm, open at weekends throughout October and every day during half-term. Enjoy giant inflatables, pumpkin carving demos, a maize maze, and other family-friendly attractions.

    Gates open 5th October 2024 until 31st October 2024.

Castle Farm (Kent): This family-owned farm offers apple picking, lavender fields, and a farm shop selling local produce. Enjoy a day out in the countryside and pick your juicy Red Apples.

  • Opening times: Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm (weather permitting)
  • How to get there: Take a train to Shoreham station, then walk or take a short taxi ride to the farm (about 15 minutes). See the directions here.

Pears

Hewitts Farm in Orpington, Kent, offers apple picking alongside other seasonal produce like pears and vegetables. Stock up on fresh ingredients for delicious autumnal recipes like apple pies and crumbles.

    Tuesday- Saturday 9am- 5pm
    Sunday 10am- 4pm.
    Monday - CLOSED

    strictly no entry onto the farm after these times.
  • How to get there: 
    Our closest Train Station is Knockholt. Leave the station and turn to the left looking for a public footpath sign, follow that over the bridge and across Chelsfield Lakes golf course. We are situated opposite the Golf Course.
    You can also get a train into Orpington station which has more direct links from London. From here please exit the station on the same side as Platforms 1/2. Here you can get the R7 bus towards Chelsfield Village. Please alight at the Warren Road stop and walk back towards the farm
