Gaydio £5 Off Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Raileasy Ltd, trading as TrainSplit (“TrainSplit”).
   
   
2. Eligibility
   This promotional offer is intended for customers who have received the offer directly from TrainSplit. Use of the promotion is subject to these terms and availability.
3. Promotional period
   The promotion is valid from 9 October 2026 to 9 January 2027, inclusive, or until the maximum number of permitted redemptions has been reached, whichever occurs first.
   
   
4. Offer
   Eligible customers will receive £5 off a qualifying booking with a minimum basket value of £20 when using the promotional code provided to them.

The basket value must be at least £20 before the promotional discount is applied. The promotional discount will not apply where the basket value is less than £20.

5. Where the offer can be used
   The promotion is valid on qualifying bookings made through the TrainSplit app only.
   
   
6. Redemption limit
   The promotion is limited to the first 200 successful redemptions and may be redeemed once per eligible customer.

Receipt of the promotional offer or promotional code does not guarantee availability or reserve a redemption. A redemption is only counted when an eligible booking using the promotional code is successfully completed.

Once the maximum number of redemptions has been reached, the promotion will end and the promotional code will no longer be valid, even if this occurs before the stated end date.

7. Use of promotional codes
   Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or applied retrospectively to an existing booking.

Only one promotional code may be used per booking. Promotional codes cannot be combined or used in conjunction with another TrainSplit promotional code or offer requiring a promotional code.

8. Cancellations and refunds
   Where a booking made using a promotional discount is cancelled, amended or refunded in full or in part, any refund due will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer, subject to the applicable ticket conditions, fees and TrainSplit’s standard booking terms.

The value of the promotional discount will not be refunded, credited, reissued or transferred.

9. Misuse
   TrainSplit reserves the right to refuse, cancel or invalidate a promotional redemption where it reasonably believes the promotion has been obtained or used fraudulently, improperly, more than once by the same customer, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
   
   
10. Changes to the promotion
    TrainSplit reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    
    
11. Other terms
    TrainSplit’s standard booking terms and conditions, together with the applicable rail ticket terms and conditions, continue to apply to all bookings made using this promotion.
