Raileasy - who own and operate the TrainSplit websites and mobile apps - have recently topped the rankings in TrustPilot's "Railway ticket agent" category, leaving competitors Trainline, Rail Europe and TrainPal in the dust.

Despite a challenging period for the team - with a high number of refunds to process due to recent strike action and extreme weather - our customers continue to praise our efficient, friendly UK-based support team and our ability to put things right and efficiently deal with both simple and complex queries on a daily basis.

Accidentally cancelled my booking and got in a right flap about it all. Joe was amazing, refunded booking and advised me what to do to rebook.

So nice to find a company that refunded me my train fare when the line to my destination was blocked due to overhead cable damage. No mucking about and looking for reasons not to refund me.

Their customer care is second to none - even this week with the challenging weather and massive disruption to the network, they have been responsive and on point.

Customer service was very quick and helpful in refunding full tickets due to extreme weather and cancelled trains, despite full refund not usually being available for the tickets I had booked. I was unsure about using the site initially but after this experience I definitely will again.

I had to request a refund on a return train journey because my aged mum was unfortunately poorly. I had really good and fast service from Raileasy regarding this and in particular I would like to praise the 2 people who dealt with my request, Pam and Joe, they were very kind.
